Pellenc SAS asked me, for their new website project, an analysis of performance and possible optimisations of their 3D models for the web, through Sketchfab platform.

After a few days and model analysis, I created a new workflow and an optimisation process that allowed them to have an improvement of at least 60% on download speed, and 80% in display frame rate, without any noticable or major sacrifice on quality. As they decided to apply my advisees, I have been applying it to a few models to prove the process in production.

I have also been creating new content on demand, correctly optimised for the web from the beginning.
