Analyzed and overhauled the 3D web infrastructure for a major French industrial player. Delivered a performance-driven optimization strategy.
Pellenc SAS commissioned me to analyze the performance of their 3D models for their new website and identify optimization opportunities for the Sketchfab platform.
Following an in-depth analysis, I developed a new workflow and optimization process that reduced download times by 60% and increased display frame rates by 80%, with no perceptible loss in visual quality. Based on these results, I successfully implemented this process across several production models. Additionally, I am responsible for creating new, web-optimized content from the ground up.
