French hospitality
Developed a gamified training experience to instill 'French-style hospitality' standards among Olympic hosts, focusing on soft skills and high-end service culture.
On the occasion of the Olympics, the numerous volunteers welcoming tourists, as well as many other professionals mobilized for the event, must learn the basic rules of French hospitality to ensure a perfect welcome.
In the first narrative section, supported by motion design, the five pillars of French hospitality are presented. Players are then put to the test in real-life scenarios. Among the crowd, they must identify people in need of assistance, approach them, and offer help, addressing a variety of different challenges in a fun, gamified setting.
